Diana has dedicated her career to driving social impact and has a deep commitment to creating change to positively impact the lives of older adults.  She is an accomplished leader with a track record of success in driving organizational growth, maximizing operational effectiveness, and fostering inclusive and high-performing cultures. With a strong background in the nonprofit sector, Diana brings a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional expertise to the role of Chief of Staff.

Diana most recently served as the President and CEO of NextFifty Initiative, where her leadership was instrumental in shaping the direction, strategy, and impact of the $260 million private foundation, one of the only foundations in the country solely dedicated to serving the needs of the older adult population. She was one of three founding staff members upon its creation in 2016 and used her skills in operations and organizational development to help grow the organization into what it is today. Prior to NextFifty Initiative, Diana served in key leadership roles at the InnovAge Foundation, where she played a vital role in raising funds, managing operations, overseeing the volunteer program, and cultivating internal and external partnerships to advance the organization’s mission.

Diana holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University, along with a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado.
