Together, this network brings deep expertise and a strong, unified voice to the policies and investments that shape how New Yorkers experience aging.

Since becoming Executive Director in 2016, Allison has led LiveOn NY in harnessing the strength of this network to advance meaningful change for older adults and the organizations that serve them. LiveOn NY’s work spans affordable housing policy, community-based service infrastructure, professional development and organizational capacity, and economic security. Through advocacy, policy development, coalition building, and cross-sector partnerships, Allison works to grow resources, strengthen services, and build the systems necessary for New Yorkers to age with dignity, security, and opportunity.
