The Digital Certification Program was created by CWI Labs to prepare mid-career and older American workers for the modern workplace. It is a data-driven solution that equips job seekers with the tools they need to thrive in the modern world of work

DCP is a program built on industry best practices with a curriculum that goes beyond technology platforms to train on the soft skills unique to a remote and hybrid workplace. The program directly refutes two myths holding mid-career and older workers back from economic opportunity – that they are not digitally savvy and that they do not want to learn digital skills. A Digital Certification provides job seekers with in-demand skills and a means to showcase those skills to potential employers.

Tailored to meet the specific needs of mid-career and older job seekers, our program goes beyond traditional offerings. Participants not only gain access to cutting-edge training but are also provided with essential equipment and internet access. The program’s efficacy has been validated through successful piloting with individuals having minimal to no prior digital skills experience. What sets us apart is our team of specially trained Digital Navigators, who offer personalized one-on-one coaching, support, and encouragement throughout the program, ensuring each participant’s journey is both enriching and rewarding.
