John Colborn, Executive Director of Apprenticeships for America, sits down with award-winning journalist, Ramona Schindelheim, to discuss what apprenticeships really are, and are not. They debunk common myths, including the false belief that apprenticeships are only for young workers interested in trade industries to reframe them as powerful pathways for all ages, including mid- and late-career workers seeking reskilling and career reinvention.
